1. What is Post Office Collection?
Post Office Collection allows to collect your parcels at a Post Office. Now you can pick up your parcels a location convenient to you.
2. How does Post Office Collection work?
Post Office Collection is easy to use. You will receive an email and/or an SMS alert when your parcel is ready for collection. Submit the email and verification card for smooth collection process.
3. Who can use Post Office Collection?
Post Office Collection is available for all eTukuri Customers.

4. How do I select Post Office Collection as my delivery address?
#1 On the shipping page, go to Shipping Address.
#2 From the drop-down menu, select Post Office Collection (self-collection).
#3 Enter your postal code and click SEARCH.
#4 Select the Post Office Collection address near you.
#5 Confirm your order and make payment. Once done, you can collect your package from the Post Office Collection address that you selected.
Note: Selecting Post Office Collection as your delivery address can only be done at the checkout page and not through the "Add address" function in My Accounts page.

#5 Confirm your order and make payment. Once done, you can collect your package from the Post Office Collection address that you selected.

Post Office Collection is a free to use service brought to you by Maldives Post.

7. How much time do I get to pick up my parcel from Post Office Collection?
You will have 3 days from the time you receive the email/SMS notification or Delivery Advice to pick up your parcel from the designated Post Office Collection. Each item not collected within three (3) working days will be charged a storage fee of MVR 30/- for each subsequent day.
8. What if I am not able to pick up my parcel from the Post Office Collection within 5 days?
If you fail to collect your parcel within 3 days of receiving a notification:
1. At Post Office, your parcel will be stored for another 30 working days for you to pick it up. If you fail to do so, consider the package as abandoned.
2. Each item not collected within three (3) working days will be charged a storage fee of MVR 30/- for each subsequent day.
3. To track and trace your parcel status, please visit www.maldivespost.com.
4. For any other issues that you face with the Post Office Collection, please call our eTukuri Customer Service at 3334555.

9. Can I authorise someone to collect my parcel from Post Office Collection?
Yes, you may authorize someone else to collect your packages on your behalf. Please note that the authorized person must produce his/her identity card or passport at the counter.
